On the other hand, there are people who may not be fans of the series (yet) because it is almost 20 years old and they never had chance to play the originals. With that in mind a review from this kind of point of view could be useful. If they are used to games more typical of today, then knowing this game has older mechanics they may be either not used to, or likely not interested in would be useful information before laying down money.
In short, game reviews shouldn'...
I disagree. I wouldn't review a torture porn date rape simulator highly just because it was bug free, visually incredible and had an incredible audioscape. I would rate it on my opinion.
I agree with your W3 sentiment. I didn't get on with BoTW though... it was too empty a world and I missed not having dungeons.
Dying Light was waaaaay better than I expected it to be too.
Which console I buy will come down to price point. I won't spend over £450 for a new console unless it is bundles with additional items. Games pass ultimate maintaining its current value could potentially swing me to favour microsoft, providing their exclusives hold up.
Is that the Japanese MBros 2?
I can only dream. Unfortunately there is an absolutely massive cash revenue being made from gate-keeping it. So much so Nintendo have now joined in. I doubt it will change for our benefit in the short term, I would happily be wrong.
I don't get peoples staunch aggression towards making games more accessible. The only reason I can see is because they want some invisible badge of honour for completing a challenging game. The reality is, if these games were more accessible, they would still be able to play the exact way they do do... just other less able people would have the opportunity to experience these games. That can only be a good thing.
This isn't going to be the popular opinion, but I wish there was an easier setting. I can't "git gud", I am getting old, I relfexes are slowing down and I have only 3 working fingers on my left hand (literally). I was able to beat games like Dark Souls and Bloodborne because I could grind areas and basically over level... This one I just suck and there is no work around for me to enjoy it.
Don't get me wrong I am not mental salty over it, I just wish...
I must admit I love Siege, I have wracked over 450 hours on it, but I still buy the season passes because I can't keep up with the character unlocks. Although I think they have added (or are adding) a patch to cheapen down the older additional operators.
BREAKING NEWS: This just in from the our reporters on the ground. People are having different opinions and tastes from one another. This is causing great confusion for Sono421 who cannot for the life of themselves understand why.
Stay tuned for more boring reports on the hive.
Steep is getting on, but they have added a lot of content for it. It's a typical UBIworld, but it is a fairly good one.
Bad Company was awesome.
But personally I am having a great time with BF5 too.
I play this game all the time.
Occasionally I get drunk and team kill a chap when I just want to shoot a camera out. I totally understand why they would likely be pissed and retaliate.
You get the odd prat, but for the most part this game is incredible.
PS4 has great games which keeps me hooked. My only complaint would the UI lag when switching between applications is abysmal, more annoying that it doesn't seem any smoother on my pro.
I guess AVP was what you suggested... but with Aliens too. They were good "back in the day".
I enjoyed the co-op too. I felt it was worth the money.
Once I hit 305 on a couple of characters I was done. A small splash of additional content doesn't entice me back... There would need to be a drastic change in the game mechanics for that. Perhaps year 2 content, perhaps not.
They need to open it up for PC too so it's easy for anyone to dev for.
Look on in awe as you carry inanimate objects from place to place! Carry a plank, carry a spade!...
Marvel as you carry out trivial tasks such as hammering and digging! Laugh with you friends as you stare out at an endless empty ocean for hours on end.
Be amazed as you wallet is now slightly lighter, yet your life just as empty.
And realists. If they don't do well with it in 2017 it will be dead in the water. Technology in VR is rapidly advancing and their window to prove their understanding of it is fairly limiting.
@silenthillstrangler
He never said that, don't be a prick.
